Description :
In the NE of the Sous plain (Morocco) some conglomeratic and stepped formations allow to attempt the reconstitution of the geomorphological evolution. The two oldest, remains of the Mio-Pliocene and Plio-Villafranchian, are the more largely extended. The latest of these is represented by alluvial cones of very coarse material. After, at the end of the Villafranchian (?), a finer formation with a thick calcrete recasts cones and valley-sides. All these formations are deformed and these deformations continued, may be, into a recent Quaternary.
