Anthropogenous activities result in constant qualitative and quantitative, locally and temporally differenciated chemical, physical and biological changes in the hydrosphere, pedosphere and atmosphere. Besides recognition and registration of pollutants and negative factors, an overall and generally applicable ecochemical and toxicological evaluation and standardization, including the provision of measures for diminution of pollutants, are part of the strategy towards the determination of alterations in the quality of environmental objects and their effects on human beings.
