Agricultural resurgence in the United States Virgin Islands

Description :
There had been a noticeable renaissance in agriculture for the Virgin Islands between 1970-78. These trends sharply reversed the pattern of encroachment from the advent of tourism and manufacturing. The renaissance is described with the support of official statistics and its causes are discussed. (MPM).
