Starting form the pangaea of Wegener, Hilgenberg more than 50 years ago tried to join the continental realms of the earth to a closed realm on a smaller globe and by this reasons for a considerable expansion of the earth. It is shown a new reconstruction, developed at different globe models and evidently illustrated, this reconstruction gives a kinematics of the oceanic development depended on the expansion of the earth, with greater registration accuracy and in vast conformity with the system of the middle ocean ridges and the ocean floor spreading.
