Description :
Analyses of monthly pressure changes in India-Pakistan and the high pressure of the West Pacific, the surface temperature of the Pacific, and the snow cover of the Qinhai-Xizhang Plateau provide the bases for the conclusions that low temperatures in summer in Northeast China are related with weak monsoon in India-Pakistan, that periodic climatic oscillation occurs with regular pressure anomaly, that there is negative correlation between low pressure of India-Pakistan and high pressure of South Asia, and that summer mean percentage of rainfall anomaly on the Xizhang Plateau is related with the South Asia high and sea surface pressure of India-Pakistan.
