Description :
Sites with fresh water supply, flood prevention, and access to fields for farmers are the governing factors for locating settlement in the area. Sub-types of settlement groups are identified according to their major functions and according to the order of goods and services, as well as industries. The scale of the grouping and rationalization of location are suggested as basic conditions for directing future development of these settlements. (TNC).
