The data set can be seen like an unique quaternary table I J M T containing 11 19 17 10 numbers (i. e. 35 530 elements) or one can say that there are 110 tables (19 17) if the data are put in partial rectangular tables (J M), each giving for a country i of OPEP and a particular year t, the set of exchanges with OECD, by country j of OECD and goods m of M. The analysis gives for each country and for each class of goods, specific characteristics and precises their stability in time. Lastly, the A. asks questions about the contribution of data analysis to quantitative models and previsions.
