Diversity of species in the nature reserves and their utilization for breeding| 2. Gaining of samples from extreme places in nature reserves to get wild straims of certain microorganisms for biotechnical processes| 3. Distribution of selected kinds of species protected in the GDR and threatened by extinction in nature reserves as the basis for their carefully management and development.
