The urbanization process seems to be an effective distribution of activities in settlements of both types. Commuting is an important connecting link between two types of settlements. However, new trends of migration of town and country population show a successive decline of attractivity of large towns and country population show a successive decline of attractivity of large towns and some features of active migration balance of rural settlements.
