Les contradictions de l'organisation scientifique de l'espace et du travail agricoles au Nord-Vietnam 1954-1981

Auteur :
NGUYEN, D. N.

Description :
Traditional society has been changed more radically by agrarian reform than by colonial period. Cooperatives have been set up at an always larger scale and the work has become segmented into simple and homogeneous components, devolving this work to women, children and elderly, whilst the revolutionary regime released male manpower for administration, industrial production and national defense. Vietnamese observors characterize this emerging personality type as one who tends to concentrate exclusively on specific tasks and shows little concern for completion of the work process and who tends to invest emergy in small individual plots of land and domestic activities. Thus, while village space is being eliminated and replaced by the production space of cooperatives, there is a gradual development of micro social spaces beyond the control of the state.
