Description :
From the clay quarry of the Korosladany brickyard a mollusc fauna was disclosed. The fauna is of the Holocene except for some specimens inwashed from Pleistocene formations. The authors reconstruct paleoecological conditions from these fossils and establish types of mollusc communities.
