It is not sufficient to let subjects speak so that they express themselves in full responsability and liberty. However it is worth while to accept the entirety of responses to a questionnaire as a verbal document which merits being analysed in itself. Without presupposing mathematical knowledge on the part of the reader, the A. uses an example to show what can be expected from such analyses.
