Description :
After the boom period of the Sixties, foreign corporations have shown a diminishing interest to establish a subsidiary in the Netherlands. The impact of foreign investments is very selective. Market orientation is highly international, even directed to countries outside EEC. The strong orientation on Randstad-locations has been weakened, the Southern regions emerged. An evaluation of regional policies from the viewpoint of establishing foreign subsidiaries has been made.
