Geophysical methods are becoming very helpful in the study of karst. In addition to the classical methods of gravimetry, resistivity and seismometry, there are new techniques which increase the precision of results by using other physical parameters of rocks. Micro-resistivity, microgravimetry, electromagnetic and diagraphic sounding means permit detailed investigations of conditions at depth below the surface. (LW).
