Espaces extérieurs, espaces libres: espace de liberté
Auteur :MURET, J. P.
Description :
The open space is generally public, multi-purpose and standardized, accessible to everyone. What matters is not that the urban space should have formal values, but that it should be a place for living, a living space. For this, there must be special techniques and a special language, as well as responsible people and a political will in the widest sense. All this is sketched out in this article, which proposes measures that would allow the realization of projects in conformity with our needs as city-dwellers, at the end of the 20th century.
