The first part of this article was published in the previous issue. It reviewed the objectives aimed at, described the environment, and listed the resources. In this second part the author deals with the layout of the park and its zone of protection. He also indicates the possible best means not only of safeguarding the park, but also and more importantly of enhancing its value. He believes that opening it to tourists would be beneficial| the park would be better known, more readily accepted by the local populations, and better protected. Mount Nienokoué could constitute an attractive centre.
