Données floristiques et paléoclimatologiques du Pléistocène supérieur dans le Chablais (Haute-Savoie). Résultats synthétiques et chronostratigraphie

A palynological and stratigraphical study has been performed on glacial, interglacial and interstadial deposits outcropping in the Dranse river valley and which have been reached by two drill holes (Sionnex and Royal) near Evian. Ages of these different deposits and their stratigraphical correlations from paleobotanical data and from 14C datations are discussed. The complete stratigraphical series is believed to include the Riss-Würm, the Mesowürm and the Neowürm.
