Description :
C. r. par Ju. Karagjuleva, Abstr. Bulg. scient. Lit., 1976-2, n 159: The Sipka anticline is fragmented by a set of oblique faults of a normal-fault-slip-fault character, striking 30 to 40. The Buzludza fault set is best expressed at the boundary between the core and the mantle of the anticline. It is of comparatively old age. To the west of it, the calcareous Middle and Upper Triastic is of wider occurence. Tithonian and Valanginian occur only to the west of this set, and Turonian only to the east of it. The fault set is over 2km wide, and the total amplitude of the side slips along it is about 1km.
