Description :
The soils of an area in the northeastern part of the province Noordbrabant, the southeastern part of the province Gelderland and the northermost part of the province Limburg have been described. The soils have been developed on fluvial deposits of the Meuse River and on cover sands and loess deposits. The present day landscape and the usability of the soils for various agricultural activities have been described. (AIS).
