There exists a close interrelationship between the regional economic system of the Hague and the governmental services in this city. Therefore the authors discuss the question whither the governmental policy with regard to the spread of governmental services (mainly to the North of the Netherlands) damages the contact system in the agglomeration the Hague. (AGD).
