Physico-chemical analyses of river Water (Dungsel Khola, Central Nepal) were made before and during the monsoon. Differences in physico-chemical characteristics in response to the flow of Water are recorded and interpreted. Altitudinal zonation of the river is emphazised in terms of physico-chemical characteristics of the Water.
