Vector analysis as a means of indicating rainfall seasonality in the Transvaal

Vector analysis was applied to rainfall statistics for 200 stations in the Transvaal to show seasonality. The results were compared with earlier analyses and vector analysis was shown to be the most powerful technique. - (AJC)
