Landforms and land use in Nagpur district

The characteristics of each landform unit, namely folded hilly region, table land and mesas, pediment surfaces, interhill basin, piedmont plain and flood plain of Nagpur district and associated soils and landuse are described, the problems are highlighted, the potentials are evaluated and a suitable land use pattern has been suggested.
