With the help of thermodynamic parameters is proved, that non-regenerative waste deposits in any case wear an enormous dangerous potential. Non-regenerative deposits (for example special, poison, noxious and selective deposits) must be handled as long as such kind of deposits as the deposited substances are a dangerous potential for the biosphere. From the thermodynamical point of view there exist no tight deposits. Regenerative deposits (for example municipal wastes, mixed noxious and building rubbish deposits) are due to their tendency of abreaction and the decrease of the dangerous potential to prefer in comparison to non-regenerative deposits. - (l'Ed.).
