The presented concept of spatial-temporal analysis and synthesis of natural territorial complexes devotes to the research of structural-functional conditions of natural territorial complexes in the Georgian SSR, its annual dynamics and mechanism, based on its change. Based on the analysis methodology of structural-functional parts as well as elementary processes of functional lapse in natural territorial complexes new possibilities of their spatial and temporal synthesis are presented. The concrete phenomenon of structural and functional lapse in natural territorial complexes during certain time units succumb to a permanent dynamic, which are described as regular changes during a year.
