Description :
The aim of our paper is to report the spatial variability of the clay, silt, sand, and CaCO3 contents of the topsoil of the Polder Region (6 840 ha) and to construct a continuous spatial characterization of these components. Because the AA. sampled at small distance lags, several levels of spatial variability of the textural fractions ranging from within-a-field to polder scale were identified. This structure was best represented by nested semivariograms.
