Geomorphology of the Vantaanjoki drainage basin, southern Finland

Description :
A study is made of the landforms of the Vantaanjoki basin, which drains into the Gulf of Finland, and of the historical processes that have led to their present state. The material is compiled from maps and air photographs and in the field. The results are used to produce an assessment of the geomorphology of the basin applicable to the needs of nature conservation and land use planning. The relief with its individual landforms is presented on a coloured geomorphological map, scale : 1 :100 000.
